Antique Tapestry gilt bronze tapestry hanging pole.. From the carved walnut tripod foot to the highest point is 155 cms.. The colour although dark now in comparison to its original gilt varnish finish is a fine example of what patina should be.

The horizontal pole, fixed by a hand twisted tightening nut. Has all its original loops to hold the tapestry.. Which would fit 54 cms wide and hang up to a maximum 137 cms to tge ground, thpugh this would conceal the wooden base so something shorter would be more apt. I doubt you will have seen another of this quality or even style.. The base will be removed fir transport.
