Antique 18thC Niderviller Porcelain Scenic Saucer Porcelaine French France Scene. This product data sheet is originally written in English. A superb saucer made by Niderviller around in the late 18th century.

It is hand painted with a well known design by them of a central medallion including a scene surrounded by a gold trim with a pink bow to the top. Three small floral arrangements to the rim and a gold trim to the edge. Even though this is a well known design for them this is the first time I have owned pieces with it. The dish is marked underneath with the letter N in script as well as a number 171 and an incised mark. It is 1.125 inches tall and 4.875 inches in diameter.

The piece is in great condition with just a very minor touch of wear. If you like my goodies have a look at my other auctions for a lot more top maker pieces like Chantilly, Sevres and so on.
